So here we are...our BRAND NEW website is up and running! It has been a long and time-consuming process to get to where we are today, but it has been worth it. We think, in our humble opinion, that our website is looking amazing and hopefully you guys do as well! We have tried to make the new website simple, easy to navigate and fun – making it easier for our customers to learn about us as a company whilst keeping a personal touch.
For the new members of our community here is a little bit about us…thefullworks has been in business for 5 years now and is always growing – something we feel extremely lucky and thankful for. We started off as a tiny team, working with a limited amount of clients but still working with the same ethos and values. Now, in 2020 we are the biggest we have ever been with 5 staff in our UK office and 4 developers over in Poland and we plan to continue our growth in the years to come.
As a company we supply an eCommerce software platform, helping those who need to set up an eCommerce online webstore. Whether it be a small start up business or a large corporate running multiple online stores for a client – we have the software ready to go! If that’s all our client needs – great – our job is done. However, we can provide full support to those who may not have the time themselves, or just need a helping hand. We link your online store to our warehouse so as soon as an order comes in our warehouse picks and packs the order and sends it out directly to the customer – super easy! Our software and further support system allows you to run your business smoothly and with less stress – giving you more time to focus on other aspects of your online store such as marketing and advertising!
Throughout our re-branding we have tried to focus on YOU as a client – what are the issues you experience everyday? What makes your life more difficult? We have tried to identify these pain points and address them for you. Our new website should (hopefully) explain how we can deal with these pain points and how this will benefit you in the long run, both personally and professionally.
